I was watching Bush's news conference this morning, and I laughed when he made one of his funny verbal "Bushisms." I thought that I had heard incorrectly, but then I went online to see the transcript posted by the White House. Sure enough, I heard it right.

"We must continue the work of education reform, to bring high standards and accountability not just to our elementary and secondary schools, but to our high schools, as well."

Um, high schools ARE secondary schools.
